Replacement of “Incline” Classrooms Building and alteration to administration building, replacement of main electrical service, main fire alarm, public address system campus wide and miscellaneous site improvements. New ADA flat work associated with new building, new ADA parking indicated and parking lot resurfacing. Also performed all bid alternates including covered walkways, installation of vapor barrier for flooring, cement board siding and trim in lieu of redwood, landscaping, and irrigation.
